These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ReviewPatrol (“Service”). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

ReviewPatrol provides automated tools that help businesses request and manage customer reviews via SMS and email.

We do not guarantee specific results, including review quantity, ratings, or business outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use this Service.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information
  • Use the service in compliance with all laws
  • Obtain proper consent from your customers before sending messages
  • Not use the service for spam or abusive practices

You are solely responsible for how you use the Service.

4. Messaging Compliance

IMPORTANT:

  • You have obtained consent (opt-in) from all recipients
  • Your use complies with applicable laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
  • You will not send unsolicited messages

ReviewPatrol is not responsible for misuse of messaging features.

5. Payments & Billing

  • Service is billed monthly unless otherwise stated
  • Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time.

  • Service remains active until the end of the billing cycle
  • No prorated refunds will be issued

7. No Guarantees

  • A specific number of reviews
  • Increased revenue or rankings
  • Customer response rates

Results depend on external factors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • No liability for indirect or consequential damages
  • No liability for loss of business, revenue, or data

Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ReviewPatrol harmless from claims arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Violation of laws or regulations
  • Unauthorized messaging practices

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updates.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
